There was an issue in West US and Central US in which some users were experiencing failures when adding a DocuSign connection to a new flow or when running an existing flow with a DocuSign connection. After our investigation, we identified a misconfiguration within a portion of the infrastructure responsible for DocuSign connections. Incident Start Time: Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 7:30 PM UTC Incident End Time: Friday, April 16, 2021 at 11:00 PM UTC. Final Status: Following telemetry review, we identified a recent deployment contained the misconfiguration change which resulted in impact to the DocuSign connections infrastructure. We applied configuration changes, redeployed to the impacted infrastructure, and confirmed via telemetry analysis that the issue has been mitigated.
